The browser you are using may sometimes insert web page header, URL and other information and thus affect the document to be printed. To expand the document, adjust the setting in the Print Preview table. Depending on the version of Internet Explorer or Netscape you are using, go to File, Print Preview, and make the appropriate adjustments there; see the examples provided.  Also, IE has a text zoom feature which will also affect the size of the data on the screen, plus, page to be printed out; see Text Zoom, or select the Next botton below.

To delete the header and URL information from the web document to be printed, uncheck "Headers and Footers."
