This award is presented to an outstanding whistler who has demonstrated talent and achievement for the past year or years before, and who in the process has brought public attention to the art of whistling through the media or public appearances, or recordings, or writings, or compositions in an extraordinary way. (The nominee could be deceased.) This award may be given more than once. Please compose your knowledge on a separate pages of the history of such a person. Photos or any documentary material may be included. Request for more information may be made by the Franklin County Arts Council.
